Eugene holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Regis University and Bachelors in Health Sciences from the College of Mount Saint Vincent. His commitment to health and wellness springs from his experience in the healthcare system and its regulatory complexities. His background ranges from working on international clinical trials to launching billion-dollar pharmaceutical products for Pfizer and even commercializing medical devices for Smith & Nephew Orthopedics.

Prior to Health Helper, Eugene's focus has been on advising corporations on all matters relating to medical product development, regulatory compliance, promotion, marketing, commercialization and management. Eugene has made appearances as medical technology expert on Fox, CBS, ABC, 1NY, MSN, QVC, NSN, Mashable, Business Insider, Cheddar, as well as a presenter at various medical conferences around the world.

Max is a business attorney with a wide background ranging from entertainment and intellectual property to corporate and commercial transactions. He represents artists, entertainers and other professionals in their business endeavors.

Max also serves as general counsel for start-ups and growing businesses by advising his clients on intellectual property protection, corporate and employee matters, and a large variety of commercial transactions. Having been trained in the business and legal affairs departments of some of the most influential companies in the fashion and entertainment industries, Max's experience is especially valuable to his corporate clients. His clients rely on his experience when seeking legal counsel on business expansion, day-to-day transactions and critical disputes.

Max received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University in 2008, and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2011, where he earned a concentration in Intellectual Property, Entertainment & Media Law and was published in the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution.

He is admitted to the bar in both New York and New Jersey.

Frank is an accomplished CPA and founding partner of Murphy, Miller & Baglieri LLP, a firm that continues to serve middle market businesses in New York, New Jersey, and other states. Frank's reputation in the industry speaks directly to his breadth of experience serving clients in the U.S. and around the world.

For 20+ years Kerry Walters is a passionate and results-driven entrepreneur within progressive business development & operations. Kerry's focus is in Strategic Marketing, Solutions Research, Public Relations, Sales & Management within traditional/new media as well as overall Business Operations.

Having worked for major media outlets such as Viacom, Infinity Broadcast Corp/CBS Broadcasting, Evergreen Media/Clear Channel Communications, Talk City Marketing Group, Cox Interactive Media, Sony & Verizon, Kerry's experience spans consumer/technology markets across traditional & emerging media platforms with progressive solutions.

As Vice President at a Children's Cancer Non-Profit Corporation, ran all fundraising programs & managed the optimization of campaigns to bring in the necessary funds in order to help families who have a child diagnosed with cancer.

Her drive to build, optimize & project manage crowdfunding campaigns with a customized & attentive "hands-on" approach creates highly effective customized solutions. Kerry's clients include small businesses in need of capital, start-ups in film/TV/Arts and technical product inventions, Non-Profit orgs looking for an effective way to raise funding, community organizations, and entrepreneurs.

Igor is an art director at Health Helper, where he oversees all of the graphic design work. He is known for being the lead graphic designer at Maxbox VR where he develops exciting new products, including a new virtual reality headset called the VR Slim. With over 1.1 million units sold around the globe to companies like Nike, BMW, Sony, Puma, Hugo Boss, Snapchat and Walmart, Igor continues to innovate in the world of VR. He has created virtual reality solutions for Google, Microsoft, Disney and Bombay Saphire and is the co-founder of Twographix, a graphic design company made for music events and DJs.

Istok comes to Health Helper with an impressive background in marketing management, creative direction, and law. In his early years as a lawyer, Istok worked with Advokatska Kancelarija Radovanov in Zrenjanin and now is a well known marketing manager in Belgrade. He has worked on projects such as Red Magic, a gaming phone from Nubia and is Creative Director of Estok Media. Istok is an experienced creative director with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods industry. Skilled in Facebook, Instagram, Copywriting, Marketing Strategy, YouTube, Social media and Video production, he strives for meaningful results and powerful solutions.

Dr. Gomez is the founder of PURR Gynecology and Aesthetics, a practice focused on the holistic well being of women and the aging process. Her experience as an OBGYN informed her perspective on the importance of self-care, striving to find holistic solutions for women concerned with everything from postmenopausal skincare to facial peels and laser treatments.

Dr. Gomez received her Bachelors of Science from Rutgers University and Masters in Biomedical Sciences at UMDNJ, Doctorate from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine and did her residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Ostepathic Obstetrician and Gynocolgoists organization committed to women's health and holistic practice.

She believes the Clean Helper products are highly effective tools for women to disinfect and sanitize their possessions to their physical health, mental health and overall well being is never compromised.

Dr. Edward Ratush is a Board Certified Psychiatrist who specializes in addiction treatment. He offers comprehensive treatment for substance abuse disorders, anxiety, treatment-resistant anxiety, and Adult Attention Deficit Disorder (AADD). He holds a medical degree from the Boston University School of Medicine and was trained in Sex Therapy at Rutgers University. He completed his Psychiatry Residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where he received the prestigious Resident Teacher of the Year Award. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Addiction Medicine.

Because Dr. Ratush believes people have an innate capacity to heal themselves, he emphasizes a holistic approach that embraces nutrition, exercise, meditation, yoga, and breathing as the first line of treatment. Building on this foundation, Dr. Ratush is involved in the development of innovative medical devices and technology that support a holistic approach while minimizing or eliminating side effects.

Dr. Ratush is the cofounder of SOHOMD, a psychiatry practice on the forefront of quality teletherapy and telepsychiatry services. Additionally, he is a pioneer at delivering innovative methods of mental health and awareness to his patients and the community at large.

He strongly believes that Health Helper's Clean Helper products will help countless individuals experiencing panic and anxiety about this airborne disease cope effectively with this pandemic.

Ana Rodriguez is a professor of Microbiology at NYU where she is Director of the Parasitology Division. Her Lab studies two different parasites, Plasmodium, which causes Malaria and Trypanosoma cruzi, which causes Chagas diseas, with focus on the study of malaria-induced inflammatory pathology.

She received her Ph.D. in Immunovirology from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid in Spain and is the recipient of the 2006 Pathogensis of Infectious Disease Award as well as a Liver Scholar Award through the American Liver Foundation.

Her areas of focus are in malaria, plasmodium and Chagas Disease. Ana is also the Director of the Insectary Core Facility as well as the Director of Anti-Infectives at the Screening Core Facility.
