We strive to educate people around the world on the importance of proper prevention methods against insect vector-born diseases.

BITE HELPER WARRANTY

LIMITED HOME USE WARRANTY*

Bite Helper extends the following exclusive, limited warranty, which shall apply only to non- commercial, in-home, indoor use of the Bite Helper. Any other use of the Bite Helper device shall void this warranty. Bite Helper (Maxogen Group LLC) hereby extends the following limited warranties for the following components of Bite Helper, for the time period indicated:

Bite Helper (Maxogen Group LLC) warrants the entire device except batteries for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase, so long as Bite Helper remains in the possession of the original owner.

*Limited Home-Use Warranty valid only in the United States. Exclusions and Limitations

Who is covered?

The original owner. The warranty is not transferable.

What is covered?

Repair or replacement of a defective Bite Helper device is the sole remedy of the warranty.

What is NOT covered?

Damage or failure due to normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or installation of batteries or
use of batteries not originally intended for or compatible with the Bite Helper device.
Damage or failure due to accident, abuse, corrosion, discoloration of paint or plastic, neglect, theft, vandalism, fire, flood, wind, lightning, freezing or other natural disasters of any kind, introduction of foreign objects into the covered unit, or modifications to the Bite Helper Device.
Incidental or consequential damages. Bite Helper (Maxogen Group LLC) is not responsible or liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, economic loss, loss of property or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, or other consequential damages of any nature whatsoever in connection with the purchase, use, repair or maintenance of the Bite Helper device. Bite Helper (Maxogen Group LLC) does not provide monetary or other compensation for any such repairs or replacement parts costs, including, work time lost, diagnostic visits, maintenance visits or transportation.
Equipment used for commercial purposes or for any use other than a single family or household, unless endorsed by Bite Helper (Maxogen Group LLC) in writing for coverage.
Delivery, assembly, installation, setup for original or replacement units or labor or other costs associated with removal or replacement of the covered unit.
Any attempt to repair this equipment creates a risk of injury. Bite Helper (Maxogen Group LLC) is not responsible or liable for any damage, loss or liability arising from any personal injury incurred during the course of, or as a result of, any repair or attempted repair of the Bite Helper device by other than an authorized service technician. All repairs attempted by you on your Bite Helper device are undertaken

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and your rights may vary from states to state.

BITE HELPER RETURN GOODS POLICY

Returning your Bite Helper

If you are not satisfied with your Bite Helper, you can return it within 30 days from the day you received it.

Bite Helper’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our limited warranty.

We do not refund any shipping or handling charges you may have paid to receive your Bite Helper. If your Bite Helper is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged a restocking fee.

Bite Helper Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL DOCUMENT CAREFULLY.

Maxogen Group LLC (“Maxogen” “Bite Helper” ”, “we”, or “us”) is an online and direct response vendor of Bite Helper™ and other wellness products. AGE QUIREMENT: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Bite Helper™ and you must use Bite Helper™ in strict accordance with its directions for use.

Privacy

Your privacy rights are set forth in our Privacy Policy, which forms a part of this Agreement. Please review the Privacy Policy to learn about:

What information we may collect about you;
What we use that information for; and
With whom we share that information.

TERM: This Terms of Service Agreement begins on the date you order Bite Helper™ and continues as long as you possess a Bite Helper device.

TERMINATION FOR BREACH: Maxogen Group LLC may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) or block or remove any content you have submitted if Maxogen determines that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage Bite Helper’s or Maxogen’s (Maxogen Group LLC’s) reputation and/orand goodwill.

Content Restrictions

You may not upload, post, or transmit (collectively, “submit”) any video, image, text, audio recording, or other work (collectively, “content”) that incorporates a reference to or an image of Bite Helper that:

Infringes any third party Maxogen’s copyrights or other rights (e.g., trademark, privacy rights, etc.);
Contains sexually explicit content or pornography (provided, however, that non-sexual nudity ispermitted);
Contains hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory content or incites hatred against any individual or group;
Exploits minors;
Depicts unlawful acts or extreme violence;
Depicts animal cruelty or extreme violence towards animals;
Promotes fraudulent schemes, multi level marketing (MLM) schemes, get rich quick schemes, online gaming and gambling, cash gifting, work from home businesses, or any other dubious money-making ventures;
Download and/or install any third party software and/or applications on any Maxogen hardware that are not expressly permitted by Maxogen; and/or Violates any law.

BITE HELPER PRIVACY POLICY

Maxogen Group LLC (“Maxogen”, “we”, or “us”) respects your privacy concerns. The following is our privacy policy and states how we treat personal information, such as your name, address, email address or phone number (“Personal Information”) that you provide whether you place your order on line, through our call center, or otherwise. The policy does not apply to companies that we do not own or control. By using the website, the user agrees, without limitation or qualification, to the manner in which we will collect, use, disclose, or otherwise manage your Personal Information. This website is not intended or designed to be used by persons under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, do NOT send us any Personal Information. Parental permission is necessary for anyone under 18 to use the website. Also, you consent to the application of the laws of the United States by using this website. Testimonials

If you chose to tell us of your experiences using any Maxogen Group products, such information provided by you may be used in whole or in part on the Testimonials portion of the website. Your first name and your home state will be disclosed to the public but no other information about you will be disclosed.

Information Disclosure

We will respond to any court order, legal process, subpoena, or any request by law enforcement officials or judicial authorities to provide Personal Information on individual users, or to share information in order to investigate, prevent or take action against suspected fraud, or illegal activities.
